Ferrari gets two crowns!
AF Corse and Toni-Vilander conquer two world titles
Yesterday Ferrari 458 offered great emotions on the Circuit of Bahrain (Sakhir) in Manama, capital city of Bahrein. The penultimate race of FIA WEC’s season ends with an overwhelming victory for Ferrari number 51 that directed a perfect race and got two worldwide titles one challenge before the end of the championship. Gianmaria Bruni and Toni Vilander are the best drivers of LMGTE Pro category. For Bruni this is the third year in a row. From the beginning of the FIA WEC in 2012 he always won this acknowledgement, while this is the first time for his Finnish companion Toni Vilander. Congrats to both of them!
At the same time in this 6 hours of Bahrain AF Corse took the GTE Pro Teams’s crown. The Amato Ferrari’s team still dictates the rules of the competition and meets the high standards set in the past. Since Pakelo started the partnership with this extraordinary racing team there were only confirmations of professionalism and high technical skills. The last, but not less important, Manufacturer’s title is still open to questions. The last race will take place in Brazil next 30th November and it will give us the winner’s name. We obviously support Ferrari by the way!
