GAP Policy (Preventive Analysis Management)

Preventive analysis allows to:

  • Know the exact state of mechanical parts;
  • Guarantee greater efficiency of mechanical parts.
  • Instruct on preventive maintenance;
  • Increase the life of lubricated parts;
  • Prevent any possible damage and/or excessive wear;
  • Obtain economic saving;
  • Optimize oil drain intervals;
  • Reduce costs due to down-times.
How to make an effective lubricant sample?
  • Step 1
    Please open the red case and take out the aluminium sampling pump.
  • Step 2
    Insert the sampling tube completely into the coupling device.
  • Step 3
    Fix the sampling tube by tightening the coupling device knob.
  • Step 4
    Tighten the small bottle to the plastic yellow thread.
  • Step 5
    Insert the sampling tube into the tank and start pumping by moving the pump handle till the small bottle is full.
  • Step 6
    After sampling, untighten and remove the tube (not to be used for the other samples) and fix carefully the top to the bottle.
  • Step 7
    Fill in carefully the numbered sampling sheet in all its details. Make sure that the sampling number is the same.
  • Step 8
    Introduce the sampling sheet and the bottle into the delivery container.
  • Step 9
    Seal the delivery container by pressing its top on it. The sample is ready to be delivered.
